Canaima is a national park in south-eastern Venezuela along the border between Guyana and Brazil. The many cliffs and waterfalls, including the world's highest (1,000 m), form a spectacular landscape.
The park is a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Bering Island | Russia
The Commander Islands are located in the Bering Sea, 175 kilometers to the east of Kamchatka. Bering Island is the largest and westernmost of the Commander Islands. The island is treeless, desolate and experiences severe weather, including high winds, persistent fog and earthquakes.
In 1741 Commander Vitus Bering, sailing for the Russian Navy, was shipwrecked and died on Bering Island, along with 28 of his men.

The Putorana plateau | Russia
The Putorana plateau is a stunningly beautiful landscape, located in the northern part of Central Siberia. It is a complex of high flat-topped mountain massifs divided by deep and wide stepped canyons. The part of the plateau inscribed on the World Heritage List harbours a complete set of subarctic and arctic ecosystems in an isolated mountain range, including pristine taiga, forest tundra, tundra and arctic desert systems, as well as untouched cold-water lake and river systems. Wooroonooran is a national park in Queensland, Australia. The area is part of The Wet Tropics of Queensland World Heritage Site, covering almost 9,000 km² of Australian wet tropical forests. The “stamp” on the front of the postcard shows Nandroya Falls, located in Wooroonooran National Park.

Waterfalls in Kuldīga | Latvia
Kuldiga is a town on the Venta River in Latvia. The town is famous for having the widest waterfall in Europe (110m): Ventas Rumba.
In 1368, Kuldiga became a member of the Hanseatic League of trading cities because of its location as a river port with an outlet to the Baltic Sea.

Kuang Si Falls | Laos
PostcardThe Kuang Si Falls is a three tier waterfall near the city of Luang Prabang in Laos. The falls begin in shallow pools atop a steep hillside.
The pools lead to the main fall with a 60 metres cascade. The water collects in numerous turquoise blue pools as it flows downstream.

Kakadu National Park | Australia
Kakadu National Park is Australia’s largest national park. It extends from the coast and estuaries in the north of Australia through floodplains, billabongs and lowlands to rocky ridges and stone country in the south. The name Kakadu is the result of the European interpretation of a local Aboriginal floodplain language, called Gagudju.Im not 100% sure but I think the waterfall showing is Twin Falls.

Blanche Marie Falls | Suriname
The impressive Blanche Marie Falls are located more than 300 km southwest of Paramaribo, capital of Suriname. It is one of the largest waterfalls in Suriname.
The Blanche Marie falls were rediscovered in 1897 by former district commissioner of Nickerie: Lieutenant Van Drimmelen. He named the falls after his wife: Mary White.

Tasmania's World Heritage Forests
The forests of Southern Tasmania contain the world’s tallest hardwood forests, with trees up to 100m tall. These forests are part of the Unesco World Heritage list since June 2013, inscribed under the name Tasmanian Wilderness.
The Abbott Government have asked the World Heritage Committee to consider removing 74,000ha of Tasmania's World Heritage forests when they meet in Doha in June 2014. The government asked to delist these forests so they can be logged and mined.

Iguazu Falls, Argentina
One of the great natural wonders of the world, the Iguaçu Falls, are situated near the border of Brazil, Paraguay, and Argentina. The area is on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
The surrounding subtropical rainforest has over 2,000 species of vascular plants and is home to the typical wildlife of the region: tapirs, giant anteaters, howler monkeys, ocelots, jaguars and caymans.

Kaledonia Falls, the highest waterfall in Cyprus
Kaledonia Waterfalls are located near Platres in the Troödos region. With (only) 15 metres the highest waterfalls in Cyprus. Platres is a mountainous village in Cyprus. It is located on the southern slopes of the Troödos Mountains. Please mind the lizzard sunbathing on the rocks.

Kfarhelda falls, Lebanon
Kfarhelda waterfall is located in North-Lebanon, about 80 kilometers from Beirut, the capital of Lebanon.
Afqa Falls , Lebanon
Afqa is located in the mountains of Lebanon, about 20 kilometres from the ancient city of Byblos.
The waterfall at Afqa is the source for the River Adonis, known today as Abraham River.
In Greek mythology, Adonis, the god of beauty and desire, was born and died at the foot of the falls in Afqa.
Rafic Hariri (1944 – 2005) was a business tycoon and the Prime Minister of Lebanon from 1992 to 1998 and again from 2000 until his resignation in October 2004. Hariri was assassinated on 14 February 2005.

PostcardPagsanjan Falls is one of the most famous waterfalls in the Philippines. Behind this waterfall you can find the Devil's Cave.
They named it devil's cave because of its structure that looks like a face of a devil.

Shiraito-no-taki Waterfall | 白糸の滝, Japan
The Shiraito Waterfall is located on the quieter western slopes of Mt Fuji. Falling from a 200meters wide cliff side, these falls derive their name Shiraito (white threads) from the beautiful way they remind the viewer of strands of silk.
The water comes from Mount Fuji, flowing down via the Kaotou river. The falls are particularly attractive in spring as the snows of the mountain melt and strengthen the flow.Stamps
