Rabat | الرباط, capital of Morocco

Rabat, meaning "Fortified Place" is the capital and fifth largest city of Morocco with a population of approximately 650,000. The city is located on the Atlantic coast in the north-west of Morocco. The capital was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in July 2012.
           
On the postcard can be seen: Mausoleum of Muammad V, Hassān Tower and the Roman Ruins of Chellah in the outskirts of Rabat.
