Khao Yai National Park is the third largest national park in Thailand, covering 300 square kilometers; home to more than 800 species of fauna. The park is internationally important for its biodiversity and the conservation of globally threatened and endangered mammal, bird and reptile species.
The park is part of UNESCO World Heritage site “Dong Phayayen-Khao Yai Forest Complex”.
